Grilled Pork Pasta on a bed of Spinach


Dinner this weekend was a grilled pork pasta. Marinated the pork in some ayam panggang sauce from malaysia, then just grilled it on a hot pan.


The sauce for the pasta was easy. Heat a big dollop of olive oil in the pan, throw in a tonne of roughly chopped garlic and dried chillis, let the oil soak up the flavours of the chillis and garlic, then throw in the al dente pasta, turn off the heat and toss.


Finally, plate it on a bed of raw spinach (the heat from the pasta will give the spinach a nice warmth), decorate with the grilled pork, and serve with a chilled bottle of Hoegarden. Lovely
